My Story

I'm Tabatha — nurse, MBA, homeschool mom of four, farm wife, and founder of a brand new industry in my small community. I spent 15 years in healthcare, led multidisciplinary teams, and managed quality systems across hospitals and primary care settings.
Then I came back from maternity leave — after adopting our fourth child — to find out my job no longer existed.
So I did what capable women do. I pivoted hard.
I built a residential waste management company from scratch in a county that didn't have one. I leaned into our family farm. I homeschooled my kids through the chaos. And somewhere in all of it, I realized I had something worth sharing.
